Laura Rhodes
Spiritual Director
After being on staff in both church and para-church settings for close to 30 years, Laura decided to pursue her MA in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care through Talbot School of Theology. She is a trained spiritual director, a member of the Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association (ESDA) and a partner in Rooted Soul Ministries.
Being driven to being drawn is how Laura would describe her own need for spiritual direction years ago. As she now offers the ministry of spiritual direction to care for others, she has witnessed people physically slow down, internally quiet down, and grow in awareness of the gentle loving presence of God.
Laura and her husband Greg have been married for 40 years. Greg has been a senior pastor for over two decades and is a pastor to pastors. In addition to heart-level conversations, being in nature, and playing pickleball, Laura delights in playing with her grandkids and savoring a good meal with love and laughter of family and friends around the table.
