Kim Alexander
Spiritual Director
With over three decades of experience as senior pastor’s wife, Kim offers a unique understanding of ministry and marriage. Kim received training as a spiritual director through Leadership Transformation’s Selah Program, where she currently serves as senior faculty on the Selah East team. She is the founder of Deeper Roots SoulCare and provides spiritual direction, mentoring, workshops and retreats for individuals and faith leaning organizations. She has co-facilitated Fuller Formation Groups for female leaders and has led a contemplative 12 month mentoring program, A.I.M. (Authentic Intentional Mentoring) for over 12 years. She finds joy in empowering others to live in the fullness of their relationship with Christ. She is a member of the Christian Spiritual Directors Association (CSDA), Spiritual Directors International (SDI) and Spiritual Directors of Color Network.
Kim lives in Charlotte, NC and shares life and love with her husband, Bishop Claude Alexander, Jr and their two young adult daughters, Camryn and Carsyn. She can be found enjoying popcorn, a good cup of hot tea, and anything spicy. She loves being out in nature, swimming, walking and biking.
