Jessica Deagle
Program Lead for R&Rs
Jessica Deagle’s passion for marriage flows from a deep belief that strong, Christ-centered homes have the power to shape not only families but entire communities. She is drawn to the vision in Scripture that God’s people would live “in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places,” and she finds great joy in helping create spaces where couples can experience that kind of peace together.
Jessica serves as the Program Lead for Pastor and Ministry Leader Retreats R&Rs where she helps cultivate meaningful, restorative environments for couples. Her heart for this work has been shaped through years of ministry alongside her husband, whom she met while serving on the mission field in Honduras. Following their time overseas, they spent 13 years in Virginia, where she supported him in his role as an executive pastor while also investing deeply in their home and community.
Jessica’s background is both compassionate and formational. She graduated from Berry College and later from Emory University, working as a nurse before devoting herself to raising and homeschooling her children—an experience she treasures and considers foundational to her understanding of family life and formation. She is also a certified spiritual director through Richmont Graduate University and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and Direction, which she will complete in May 2027.
At her core, Jessica is a quiet cultivator of beauty and depth. She delights in slow mornings with tea in her Georgia home, listening to podcasts and audiobooks and having meaningful conversations with her three grown children. She loves traveling with her husband, finding joy in both new places they discover and the shared journey they continue to build together.
