Cancellation Policy

All payments are nonrefundable.

As there are often waiting lists for our experiences, please notify us at wsm@winshape.org as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend.

Up to 30 Days Before
Guests may transfer their reservation to another WinShape Marriage experience or transfer their reservation to another couple within one year of their originally scheduled experience, for free.

Within 30 Days and up to 7 Days Before
A $75 transfer fee will be assessed when transferring to another WinShape Marriage experience or to another couple.

Within 7 Days
Rescheduling is not permitted. Guests may transfer their reservation to another couple, but if this is not possible, all payments will be forfeited.

Additionally, WinShape Marriage reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel a retreat, in which case we will offer a refund in full of all monies paid or the option to transfer to a future event.
