Life and ministry rarely slow down on their own. Between preparing weekly sermons, caring for your congregation, leading staff, and navigating the everyday demands of ministry, it can be difficult to find time to simply rest. Our Senior Pastor Getaways are designed to give you and your spouse a chance to truly step away, set responsibility down for a while, and enjoy unhurried time together. Located in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, these weeklong escapes are intentionally free from schedules, sessions, and expectations. There are no presentations to attend or programs to participate in. Instead, you’ll have the freedom to spend your days however you’d like, whether that’s relaxing by the pool, taking a walk on the beach, enjoying a friendly game of pickleball, exploring the area, savoring great meals, or simply catching your breath. From the moment you arrive, you’ll experience unmatched hospitality and the freedom to enjoy a pace that’s increasingly hard to find. Every detail is thoughtfully cared for so that you can focus on resting, reconnecting, and enjoying quality time together.
Who Can Attend a Senior Pastor Getaway?
- A senior or lead pastor of a local church congregation for 3+ years
Due to high demand and wanting to give everyone the opportunity to attend, we limit attendance to getaways to once every two years.
Financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a concern and your church or organization cannot provide support, you can apply for assistance.
Retreat Cost
$1,200 per couple
Includes all meals, lodging, and programming. Taxes not included.
