Allyson Noland
Assistant Director, Discipleship
Allyson Noland’s heart for marriage discipleship began with a call from the Lord at age 16 into full-time marriage ministry. In 1996, she met and married Scooter Noland while working for the North American Mission Board. They began their journey in church ministry at that time. For the last 25+ years, they have served the Lord in Florida, Costa Rica, Georgia, and Mississippi. Scooter and Allyson have two grown children, Whitley and Preston.
Allyson has a Doctor of Christian Leadership and is completing a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership. Her educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from Liberty University. This combination gives depth to her passion for including research driven and biblically sound instruction in all she does.
Allyson joined the WinShape Marriage team in 2024 as the Assistant Director of Discipleship. She desires to give couples the knowledge and tools they need to grow personally in their relationship with God and directly impact others in their sphere of influence. Her goal in serving couples through WinShape Marriage’s Host Couple Training is to cultivate Christ-centered marriages that have an exponential impact on the kingdom of God. When Allyson is not working, you can find her traveling with her family, eating Mexican food, or at the gym with her daughter.
