Ashlyn Sullins grew up with a powerful example of a strong and healthy marriage, shaped by the love she witnessed in her parents. She married her husband, Gavan, in September 2024, and together, they have loved building intentional rhythms of life and serving in ministry side by side.
Born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, Ashlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Southern College. At just 15 years old, she felt a clear call into full-time ministry and began serving through Chick-fil-A, where she worked from ages 15 to 22, growing in leadership and hospitality. After serving multiple summers with WinShape Camps, Ashlyn courageously moved to Georgia to continue pursuing ministry. She joined WinShape’s Leadership Development Program in the Marketing Department and later transitioned into a full-time role on the Operations Team.
In January 2026, Ashlyn joined the WinShape Marriage Team as a Retreats Coordinator. She is deeply passionate about creating meaningful experiences where people feel seen, known, and loved—and where couples can encounter the Lord together in powerful ways.
Ashlyn and Gavan have made their home in Cartersville, Georgia along with their puppy, Cash. Whether enjoying Scrabble nights or daily walks, they cherish the simple rhythms of life and time spent together at home.
