Buz is an ordained minister, certified Enneagram Coach, and a Spiritual Director trained through Sustainable Faith. With a Master’s in Decision Sciences and two decades at the helm of an organizational consultancy, Buz’s career began by helping complex systems thrive. Today, he applies that same intentionality to "facilitating spiritual traffic"—guiding individuals through their internal landscapes to find a deeper connection with God.
As the founder of Four Streams Partners, Buz has hosted over 100 retreats dedicated to men’s transformation and their relationship with Jesus. His approach is deeply rooted in the Ignatian tradition, recently enriched by a 30-day silent retreat at St. Beuno’s Jesuit Spirituality Centre in Wales. Whether guiding men toward authentic masculinity or holding space for a directee’s story, Buz offers a seasoned, safe environment for profound discovery.
Married to Devvie for 47 years, Buz is a father of four and grandfather of eight. When he isn’t stewarding spiritual space for others, he’s likely embracing "physical movement" on a local pickleball court.
