Luke Cathy
Assistant Manager, Strategic Relationships
Luke Cathy has a passion for seeing couplesand families restored to healthy relationships with themselves, each other, and God. Growing up as the grandson of Truett and Jeannette Cathy and the son of Bubba and Cindy Cathy allowed him to see and experience marriage based on God’s design as presented in the Bible. Truett and Jeannette’s 65-year marriage was an example of a marriage with plenty of struggles but faithfulness and reliance on The Lord to make the most of what God entrusted to them.
Luke received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in 2014. His previous work experience includes managing roles in a family-owned office supply company as well as working with a few organizations in the greater Chick-fil-A ecosystem. Today, Luke enjoys the opportunity that God has given him on the WinShape Marriage team as the Assistant Manager of Strategic Relationships, where he supports building the reach and impact of the WinShape Foundation.
Luke married his high school sweetheart, Emily, in 2016. They have five children—Harper, Joseph, Eli, Noah, and Annie! When If Luke is not serving in his roles with WinShape and Chick-fil-A, he is enjoying his heartfelt responsibilities as a husband and father. If you cannot find Luke around his house, you may need to hit the water to find him on the lake sailing, flying his remote-controlled airplane, taking his boys on canoeing adventures, or being towed behind a boat enjoying one of many towing sports he can do.
