Morgan McPherson is fortunate to have been shaped by loving parents who have flourished in their 45-year marriage. Growing up, he witnessed his mom and dad serving at every opportunity they could both in their church and community. This deeply impacted his own passion for serving others. He also thrives in environments where he can help others succeed, individually and on a team.
Morgan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Sport Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Shorter University. After working within the Atlanta Braves organization for 14 years, he joined the WinShape Marriage team in 2022 as the Operations Coordinator. Morgan has the benefit of supporting his teammates and working behind the scenes to ensure operational and logistical excellence for all marriage events. He is proud to be part of a team and ministry that exists to glorify God and cultivate growth in all seasons of marriage.
Morgan married his beautiful wife, Jordan, in 2014, and they have two wonderful daughters, Alaina and Ellie. Outside of work, he enjoys soaking up the sun with his lovely wife and being a “girl dad.” You can often find him tending to his horses, fishing on the lake, or riding on one of his most prized possessions, his lawn mower!
