The TGC 2025 Ministry Retreat Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by WinShape Foundation, Inc. (“Sponsor”).  The Promotion is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. These Official Rules are the complete statement of the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Entrants may not rely on any oral representation regarding the Official Rules (including, without limitation, by Sponsor, its agents or representatives), including statements concerning interpretation or enforcement of the Official Rules. Any questions of a potential violation of the Official Rules or dispute concerning their interpretation will be decided by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion. The Promotion is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THESE TERMS AND WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR REGARDING THE PROMOTION.

ODDS OF WINNING.  Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY
This Promotion is not open to the general public. The Promotion is open to registered attendees of the TGC25 Conference, April 22 – April 24, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana (“Event”) who are legal residents of one of the 50 US states or DC, who at the time of entry have reached the age of majority in the state, province or territory in which they are domiciled.

Do not enter this Promotion if you are not a resident of one of the 50 US States or DC at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, parents or subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, brokers, distributors, agents, representatives, contractors, and any other individual or company involved in the development, execution of the Promotion, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households, whether or not related are not eligible to enter or to win. Sponsors of pension plans issued or administered by Sponsor or its affiliated companies, and the plans’ participants are not eligible to enter or to win.  Associated persons of unaffiliated securities firms (broker-dealers or investment advisors) are not eligible to enter or to win.  Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT REPRESENTS THAT HE OR SHE IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION, HAS OBTAINED ANY REQUIRED PERMISSION FROM ANY NECESSARY PARTIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION AND ACCEPT ANY PRIZE AWARD, AND PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE DOES NOT VIOLATE ANY AGREEMENTS OR OBLIGATIONS HE OR SHE MAY HAVE WITH HIS/HER EMPLOYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY OR ANY APPLICABLE LAWS OR ASSOCIATION RULES OR REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE ENTRANT.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion Period will begin at 8:00 am CT on April 22, 2025, and ends at 12:00 pm CT on April 24, 2025. All entries must be received on or before 12:00 pm CT on April 24, 2025, to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Promotion, an eligible individual must: (a) visit the Sponsor booth at the Event; and (b) complete the entry form by providing his/her name, mailing address (including zip code or postal code), email address, daytime telephone number and any other requested information; and (c) click on the “SUBMIT” button after fully completing the entry form.  All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the prize drawing. Only entries submitted through the entry process in accordance with these Official Rules will be accepted. No faxed, e-mailed or mailed entries will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry in the Promotion per person.

Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entry, which will be disqualified. Use of automated entry systems and tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Receipt of entry will not be acknowledged, and proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt.

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

WINNER SELECTION

Total of one (1) winner. The potential winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, to take place at 12:00 pm ET on April 25, 2025, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Potential winner will be notified by email or phone according to the contact information provided with the entry.  A winning entry may not be declared until verification of eligibility of the entrant as well as verification of compliance with these Official Rules.

Potential winner must comply with these Official Rules in order to be confirmed the winner of a prize.  Potential winner must sign and return any required forms, including, without limitation, statements of eligibility, prize acceptance and liability and publicity release forms, and applicable tax forms, to Sponsor within seven (7) days after delivery of the forms. The return of the above-mentioned forms within the allotted time shall be solely the responsibility of the potential winner; Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, cannot be reached by Sponsor (or its designee), or fails to return all of the required forms within the time specified, that potential winner may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, and a new potential winner will be selected while time permits.  Prize may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries is received.

PRIZE
One (1) Host Couple Training registration (ARV: US$99).

Sponsor makes no warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees relative to any prize, and disclaims all liability for the provision, use, quality or nature of any third party product or service provided to the winner.  Winner is responsible for all taxes resulting from acceptance and use of the prize, and all costs and expenses not specified as part of the prize.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS. Prize is non-transferable.  No substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value.  Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which Sponsor deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and select the potential winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action or as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

By participating in the Promotion and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees that Sponsor has the right to conduct a background check, and entrant further agrees to execute a specific consent to such background check upon request by Sponsor.  Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner if the content of the background check is inconsistent with the positive image and/or good will with which the Sponsor wishes to associate, as determined by Sponsor, in its discretion.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) WHETHER ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), CONTRACT, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, RELIANCE OR UNDER ANY OTHER THEORY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Except where prohibited by law, submission of an entry in the Promotion constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its affiliates and those operating on its behalf to use the entry, entrant’s name, image, biographical information, voice, statements, image, picture and likeness for purposes of administration of the Promotion (including, posting winner’s name on Sponsor social media channels) and in advertising and trade, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation.  Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Official Rules and all related web pages, content and code are the property of the Sponsor or authorized third parties.  The copying or unauthorized use of any of those materials, associated trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Requests for a list of the winner (after April 25, 2025) and these Official Rules may be sent to WinShape Foundation, Inc., Attn: Sarah Darville – TGC25, 221 Legacy Drive, Rome, Georgia 30165. All requests must be received by August 25, 2025.

Abbreviated Rules

The print disclaimer should be at least 10 point font and any reference to the prize drawings in promotional materials should include a statement that one can “Enter for a chance to win” – not “Enter or register to win.”

Except where prohibited by law, submission of an entry in the Promotion constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its affiliates and those operating on its behalf to use the entry, entrant’s name, image, biographical information, voice, statements, image, picture and likeness for purposes of administration of the Promotion (including, posting winner’s name on Sponsor social media channels) and in advertising and trade, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation.  Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Official Rules and all related web pages, content and code are the property of the Sponsor or authorized third parties.  The copying or unauthorized use of any of those materials, associated trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Abbreviated Rules

The print disclaimer should be at least 10 point font and any reference to the prize drawings in promotional materials should include a statement that one can “Enter for a chance to win” – not “Enter or register to win.”

Proposed abbreviated rules for marketing material below:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Open to registered attendees of TGC25 (“Event”) who are legal residents of one of 50 US states, 18 years of age (or age of majority) or older.  To enter, visit the Sponsor booth at the Event between 8:00 am CT and 8:00 pm CT on April 22 – April 23, 2025, or between 8:00 am CT and 12:00 pm CT on April 24, 2025, and complete the entry form. Limit one entry per person. One (1) Pastor R&R Retreat registration (ARV: US$400).  Prize drawing to occur at 12:00 pm ET on April 25, 2025, and Atlanta, Georgia.  Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
