Leading a church or ministry can be deeply rewarding, but it can also leave you running on empty. At our Pastor & Ministry Leader Retreats, you’ll step away from the demands of ministry and enter a space designed to refuel your soul and refresh your marriage.
Our weeklong getaways create an environment where you don’t have to be “on.” From the moment you arrive, you and your spouse will be cared for through warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and plenty of time to rest. You’ll enjoy unhurried meals, time outdoors, and space to simply breathe again. With 6 rooms for couples in ministry, the retreat feels intimate and personal – more like community than a conference – giving you space to slow down, be encouraged, and refreshed. Along the way, you’ll also find encouragement from those who understand the unique pressures of ministry and the value of investing in your marriage. You’ll return home with a renewed closeness to your spouse and a rhythm of rest you can carry forward for years to come.
What to Expect

- Plenty of margin in the schedule to explore, rest, and simply be present with your spouse, free of distractions.
- Space and time to enhance your marriage and hear from the Lord individually and collectively.
- The chance to connect and form new friendships with other couples who are on a similar journey in ministry.
- Onsite activities like pickleball or biking, or the freedom to use your open time to explore nearby offerings in the Daytona or Orlando area. All activities during free time are completely self‑guided, so you and your spouse can follow whatever pace feels right for you.
- A cozy, boutique retreat setting with six guest rooms—creating an intimate, close‑knit environment where you can unwind, connect, and feel genuinely cared for.
Who Can Attend a Senior Pastor R&R?
- A senior or lead pastor of a local church congregation for 3+ years
Due to high demand and wanting to give everyone the opportunity to attend, we limit attendance to R&Rs to once every four years.
Financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a concern and your church or organization cannot provide support, you can apply for assistance.
Retreat Cost
$1,000 per couple
Includes all meals, lodging, and programming. Taxes not included.
