Leading a church or ministry can be deeply rewarding, but it can also leave you running on empty. At our Pastor & Ministry Leader Retreats, you’ll step away from the demands of ministry and enter a space designed to refuel your soul and refresh your marriage.
Our weeklong getaways create an environment where you don’t have to be “on.” From the moment you arrive, you and your spouse will be cared for—through warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and plenty of time to rest. You’ll enjoy unhurried meals, time outdoors, and space to simply breathe again. Along the way, you’ll also find encouragement from those who understand the unique pressures of ministry and the value of investing in your marriage. You’ll return home with a renewed closeness to your spouse and a rhythm of rest you can carry forward for years to come.

Who Can Attend a Ministry Leader R&R?
- A director or associate pastor in a paid, full-time formal ministry role of a local church congregation (i.e. family pastor, executive pastor, worship pastor, etc.)
- An executive director or CEO of a parachurch ministry/nonprofit organization
- A full-time, international missionary for 3+ years
- Domestic missionaries are taken on a case-by-case basis. Preference is given to international.
Due to high demand and wanting to give everyone the opportunity to attend, we limit attendance to R&Rs to once every four years.
Financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a concern and your church or organization cannot provide support, you can apply for assistance.

$1,000 per couple
Includes all meals, lodging, and programming. Taxes not included.
