Cancellation Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of this experience, cancellations and transfers are not possible.

WinShape Marriage reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel a retreat, in which case we will offer a refund in full of all monies paid or the option to transfer to a future The Journey experience.

As there are often waiting lists for our experiences, please notify us at wsm@winshape.org or 866-976-2774 as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend.
