Dave is a seasoned spiritual director, pastor, and program manager with a deep commitment to fostering spaces where individuals can intimately experience God's unconditional love. With over two decades of service in pastoral roles across Southern California, Dave is passionate about prayer walking in the region's natural beauty, often reflecting on the Psalms. He currently plays a pivotal role at Soul Shepherding, an organization dedicated to enriching the spiritual and emotional well-being of church leaders, where he also contributes as a sabbatical coach. His academic journey includes a Master’s in Divinity with a focus on Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Talbot School of Theology (Biola University), alongside a MA in Christian Apologetics. Dave's diverse experience extends to teaching at Talbot School of Theology, facilitating spiritual retreats, and even working as a Lead Polysomnographic Technologist prior to his ministry work.
Residing in Lakewood, California, with his wife Rebecca and their five children, Dave cherishes family life, outdoor activities like camping and biking, and the joys of sharing good Thai food with loved ones. His life reflects a profound dedication to serving alongside Jesus in every aspect of existence, from professional endeavors to personal passions, exemplifying a holistic approach to faith and leadership.
