Executive Administrative Assistant
Just hours from becoming her mother’s fourth miscarriage, Leonna Bias’ parents prayed for and received a miracle. As a child, she was raised in a pastor’s busy lifestyle, and she thrived. At age five, she began playing the piano and singing for churches—and she’s never stopped! Her educational background is in music and Christian education—Leonna has devoted her life to serving Jesus through her local church and loving people in her workplace.
Tim, her husband of over 28 years, currently serves as a music pastor in Rome, Georgia. In addition to serving alongside him, Leonna joined the WinShape Marriage team in 2022 as the Executive Administrative Assistant for the Senior Director. She loves serving in this role and occasionally refers to herself as Mama Bear. Previously, she used her skill set to serve senior executives at Ralph Lauren Corporation and the Arkansas Attorney General's Office.
Leonna is the proud mom of four boys—a youth pastor, worship pastor, and two doctors—and she also has five grandchildren. It’s always a treat for her to see her children and grandchildren. In her rare spare time, she loves spending time with Tim and their puppy, Jazz, and playing word puzzles. She’s also a die hard Razorbacks fan and loves watching almost all sports.
