Rob Philo possesses a genuine passion for infusing magic into the ordinary and pushing the boundaries of what is possible by simply asking, "Why not?" His excitement for creating transformative experiences has made him a great fit on the WinShape Marriage team.
Having grown up in a household with divorced parents, Rob sought a chance to be surrounded by marriage experts before embarking on his own marital journey with his wife, Madeline. They married on April 10, 2022. In 2021, Rob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia, and he joined the WinShape Marriage team in the same year. He currently serves as the Marketing Manager, where he oversees various responsibilities such as WinShape Marriage’s registration system, website, paid digital advertising, and more; however, he most enjoys the opportunity to craft innovative and impactful experiences for guests at every stage of their interaction with WinShape.
Outside of work, Rob loves dabbling in random side projects, cherishing moments outdoors with his wife, and cheering for his alma mater, the Georgia Bulldogs!
