R&R Cancellation Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of this experience, transfers are not possible. If you are no longer able to attend your registered date, you will need to cancel your existing reservation and re-apply for a future date.

WinShape Marriage reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel a retreat, in which case we will offer a refund in full of all monies paid or the option to transfer to a future R&R.

As there are often waiting lists for our experiences, please notify us at wsm@winshape.org or 866-976-2774 as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend.
