Taylor Tibbetts
Coordinator, Host Couples
Taylor Tibbetts is the product of loving parents who have been happily married for 30+ years! She grew up in the mountains of Clayton, Georgia and worked in her family’s funeral home.
Taylor found her love for ministry while attending Young Harris College in north Georgia. While at Young Harris, she enjoyed hiking, camping, and serving in the local church. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and met the love of her life, Austin Tibbets. In 2019, Austin and Taylor got married and moved to North Carolina for Austin to pursue seminary. Taylor worked as a special education teacher and enjoyed time caring for students and families.
In 2021, Taylor joined WinShape Camps serving as the Coordinator of Family Experience. In 2024, she transitioned to WinShape Marriage serving as the Coordinator of Host Couples. Taylor is passionate about serving marriages because healthy marriages create healthy families, and healthy families create healthy churches and communities. She champions God-honoring marriages as a way to display the Gospel to the world! As a pastor’s wife, Taylor is aware of the constant demands of ministry leaders and is delighted to support them in marriage experiences and resources.
Taylor and Austin now live and serve in Chattanooga, Tennessee and are expecting their first child. From road trips to rock climbing to exploring national parks, they are always looking for their next adventure. For a good laugh, next time you see Taylor, ask her about the time she saved a body from a burning building.
